INTERACTIVE PHASING MODEL

The client needed help visualizing specific areas of their building for contractor coordination, design decisions, and final color rendering. We generated a 3D model that the client could view from their home to help address these concerns.

THE PLAN

Lofts on National was a 2 phase development opportunity for us to test and venture out into the development world. The goal was to cashflow the existing residence while construction was going on for the 5 unit development

The key design drivers where developed around the idea  of bringing key aspects of suburbia to an urban development to provide a Multi-Generational typology.  The typology would be a new development to enter the market in the next several years.  The design would encourage the residence to work from home. it would also encourage them to start up a company utilizing one of the work shops at ground level if needed.
